Welcome to Sidewalk Radios! This document outlines the terms and conditions for using our services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Service Termination

Sidewalk Radios is committed to providing a reliable and safe service for all our users. We may deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your service if you or anyone using your account violates these rules, breaks the law, or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Banned behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Hacking into systems or accounts.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Launching denial of service (DoS) attacks.
  • Distributing viruses or other malicious software.
  • Posting fraudulent or obscene content.
  • Violating any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Causing harm to our network or its users.
  • Generating excessive network traffic that disrupts service for others.
  • Using the service in countries under embargo.

We take copyright infringement very seriously. Subscribers who are found to be repeat infringers may have their service terminated.

Monitoring and Content

Sidewalk Radios may monitor how subscribers use the service and may remove any content that violates our rules. However, we are not required to do so and are not responsible for user-generated content.

Account and Payment Policy

Past Due Accounts: If your account becomes past due, your service will be suspended immediately. It will remain suspended until the full balance is paid. A $25 reconnection fee will be applied per device to restore service.

Repeat Delinquency: If your account is past due twice within a 12-month period, it will be converted to a prepaid model, and the full amount of your remaining contract will become immediately due.

Overdue Balances: By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Sidewalk Radios to charge any payment method we have on file to settle past-due balances for services that have been provided.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy applies only to physical products, as services are non-refundable.

Returns Window: You may return a product within 14 days of purchase.

Condition: All returned products must be in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee.

Refunds: Refunds for returned products will be issued as a credit to your Sidewalk Radios account, not as cash.

Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Product Condition and Late Returns:

  • If you return a product after the 14-day window has expired, or without an approved RMA, we will not issue a refund, and the product will not be returned to you.
  • Sidewalk Radios reserves the right to deduct from your account credit for any missing or damaged gear.

Changes to Terms

Sidewalk Radios reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. All updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after a change indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
